My name is Bianca and I am thrilled to be joining the team at Little People's Preschool. In addition to completing my ECE diploma, I’ve also completed both post basic Infant/Toddler and Special Needs programs at Langara. I am an enthusiastic individual who loves to bring joy, patience, and warmth to the classroom.
I have vast experience in working with children of all ages, and I believe that each child comes with their own unique set of strengths, skills, and abilities. From my time as a behavioural interventionist, I think that building relationships with children, their families, as well as program staff, are essential in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive.
I have a passion for science, ignited by my time developing and implementing programming at Science World. I love showing children how science is a part of our everyday life. My goal is to continue to create various experiences that inspire hands-on learning, foster curiosity, and encourage socio-emotional growth.
